1. In every aspect and decision of the organization, and on every level, the only criteria for selection and retention of musicians, board members, management employees or service organizations and businesses, shall be their ability to complete the task for which they are required.

The Chamber Orchestra of the Springs follows and surpasses an equal opportunity employment policy, which protects personnel and contractors from discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental handicap, veteran status, gender, gender identity, or gender expression.
